Why is our chicken the best?  Freshness and Quality.  We use fresh chicken breasts, wings, legs, and thighs that are never frozen.  Then we double-dip and hand-bread the chicken in our special recipe breading.  That means two coatings of breading, for that crispy taste.  Other stores just are not comparable.  You can taste the difference in our fresh chicken, versus their pre-breaded frozen pieces.

Chicken Strips-- We make them the same way as our classic fried chicken.  Starting with fresh chicken breasts, cut into sections, we hand-bread and fry fresh. 

Colonel Sanders...In 1979, Joe was named a colonel in Kentucky for his charitable giving...maybe it takes an official title for great fried chicken.
