Market Place Smoked Meats

We use our smoker right outside the store 3 to 4 days a week to bring you delicious smoked meats for lunch and dinner.  First we select choice ribs, pork butts, brats and more from the meat case, then we stack them in our smoker for 6-7 hours.  These slow-cooked meats have great flavor, and we commonly run special prices.  When it's too hot to cook, or you're just too tired, our ribs, pulled pork and more will satisfy your tastebuds.  We smoke:

Rotisserie Chicken

We use Gold N' Plump Chickens, which are a standard of their own.  They are a good size, they are raised hormone free and prepared without preservatives.  They are prepared and placed in our rotisserie for over an hour.  You can't beat the juicy taste!  Look for them on sale, we commonly run great dinner specials!  Try these flavors:
