Asian Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag of Dole Salad Blends
  • 2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • 1/4 cup toasted almond slivers
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 cup chow mein noodles

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.  Cook in skillet with 1/2 cup dressing, until chicken is done inside.

  2. Divide salad among 4 plates.  Top with cooked chicken, orange slices, water chestnuts.  Sprinkle chow mein noodles and almond slivers on top.   Drizzle with more dressing.
