Blueberry Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries, rinsed
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Spray Bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and oil until well combined.  Beat in cake mix until all is moistened (batter will be very thick).

  3. Fold in blueberries.  Pour batter into Bundt pan.

  4. Bake for 50 minutes, or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.  Then flip bundt pan to cool.

  5. When completely cooled, and inverted onto plate, sprinkle powdered sugar over cake.
